Matsumoto Honbako (Matsumoto Honbako) is limited to guests aged 9 and above (upper elementary school age or older). Koyanagi (Koyanagi) welcomes babies and children. The open-air baths in guest rooms are free-flowing hot springs, but are heated to adjust water temperature. Kayanagi-no-Yu (Kayanagi-no-Yu) does not provide shampoo or body soap. Guest rooms at Matsumoto Honbako (Matsumoto Honbako) do not have televisions.
