From JR Fukushima Station (JR福島駅), take the Fukushima Kotsu Bus (福島交通バス) bound for Takayu Onsen (高湯温泉) for approx. 40 minutes, then immediately alight at Takayu (高湯) bus stop. Buses depart from platform 1 at Fukushima Station West Exit (福島駅西口). Approx. 30 minutes by taxi from Fukushima Station (福島駅).
