All rooms are non-smoking; a designated smoking area is provided. Please refrain from dragging suitcases or consuming food/drinks in the lobby. There is no elevator. Mobile phone reception may be poor depending on the model (SoftBank has no service). Insects may appear in large numbers depending on the season. Please be careful of insects (such as gnats) when using the open-air bath or around your car. The hot springs switch between male and female use at 7:00 PM. The open-air bath closes at 10:00 PM for safety reasons and reopens at 6:00 AM the next morning. The indoor bath is available 24 hours. The waterfall and exterior lighting will be turned off after 10:00 PM.
