From JR Gono Line (五能線) Wespa Tsubakiyama Station (ウェスパ椿山駅), approx. 5 min by free shuttle bus (reservation required for local train users). During winter, a free shuttle bus for staying guests only is available from JR Shin-Aomori Station (新青森駅) (reservation required). By car: approx. 2 hours from Tohoku Expressway (東北自動車道) Namioka IC (浪岡IC), approx. 1 hour 30 min from Akita Expressway (秋田自動車道) Noshiro-Minami IC (能代南IC).
